Introduction: Welcome to The Short Form Agency. This Agreement outlines the terms under which you may use our CRM services and software. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and represent that you have the authority to enter into it.

You may use our services and software in accordance with this Agreement. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you agree that you are authorized to do so.

Account Setup

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Sharing account details is not permitted without prior written approval from us.

Service Orders

Services must be ordered through an authorized order form and are subject to this Agreement. In case of any conflict between an order form and this Agreement, the order form will prevail.

Payments and Charges

You are responsible for all charges associated with your account, including but not limited to subscription fees and any applicable taxes. All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Software License

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software solely in connection with the services.

Use Restrictions

You may not misuse our services or software. Prohibited actions include unauthorized sharing, copying, or modifying any part of the service or software.

Return Policy and Process

If physical goods are sold, returns may be made within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be in their original condition. Please contact our support team for return instructions.

Refund and Dispute Policy
